HEARTWOOD COLOUR: Yellow, golden, pale pink.

SAPWOOD COLOUR: Yellow, white. Lighter than heartwood.

WORKING PROPERTIES: General finishing is considered to be good. Moderate blunting effect. Glues, moulds, planes, screws and turns well. Knots can break and fall out during machining.
